1. What Betwyne is
Betwyne is a wedding-planning application: an AI-assisted planning timeline, guest and RSVP management, budgeting, vendor tracking, a wedding website, and a gift registry. These terms are an agreement between you and Betwyne. By creating an account you accept them.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. A Betwyne account represents one wedding and may be shared by two partners; both partners have full access to everything in the account, including the ability to delete it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Billing
Betwyne starts with a 30-day free trial — no payment method required. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription: $14.99 per month or $99 per year, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings via the Stripe billing portal; your subscription then runs until the end of the paid period. If your trial ends without a subscription, your data is preserved but the planning tools are locked until you subscribe.
4. AI features
Betwyne uses AI (provided by Anthropic) to generate planning timelines, suggestions, and drafts. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. It is a starting point, not professional advice — always verify dates, budgets, vendor terms, and legal requirements yourself. You are responsible for anything you send or publish based on AI drafts.
5. Your content and your guests' data
You keep ownership of everything you put into Betwyne. You may only add guest information (names, emails, dietary details) that you are entitled to share with us, and you agree to use invitation and thank-you email features only for genuine wedding correspondence — never spam. Your wedding website and registry are visible to anyone with the link while published; you control publishing.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Betwyne: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the service, no accessing other couples' data, no scraping, and no reselling. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in Settings. The account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 30 days; either partner can restore it within that window. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Betwyne is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from planning decisions, vendor relationships, or AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Betwyne after that means you accept the new terms.
